Can you really fix it in one visit?

For the most common issues — broken springs, frayed cables, worn rollers, off-track doors, sensor problems, opener failures — yes, almost always. The truck carries the parts. If something exotic comes up, we install a working stop-gap and order the final part to come back within 5 days at no second service-call charge.

What does the $29 service call cover?

It covers the technician's arrival, a full system diagnostic, and a written quote in your hands before any tools come out. If you approve the repair, the $29 is fully waived. If you do not, the $29 is the entire cost of the visit — no obligation, no high-pressure pitch.

Will you try to upsell me a new door?

No. Our techs are W-2, not commission-based. Their bonus structure rewards repair-first thinking and customer satisfaction scores, not ticket size. We have built this business by fixing doors that other companies told customers to replace.

What if you fix it and it breaks again?

Labor is warrantied for 5 years and parts we install are warrantied for life. If it is the same issue, we come back free. If something different fails inside 90 days, we waive the service call. We can count the warranty callbacks on one hand last year — but the policy is there in writing.
